About Lovedale Country Estate
Lovedale Country Estate is a holiday rental on Londons Road in Lovedale made up of several big houses that can be booked one at a time or together. It is built for numbers: an extended family gathering for a significant birthday, a wedding party wanting everyone on the same property for the weekend, or a few families sharing a long weekend. The grounds are open country, and kangaroos are regular visitors. There are three houses to choose from. Lovedale Abode has 13 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, around 30 beds and two kitchens. Lovedale Lodge has 11 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 24 beds, plus sofa beds and day beds for overflow. Lovedale Vista is the smaller option, with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 19 beds. Taking the whole estate gives a group five buildings, three pools, three spas, three outdoor saunas, two games rooms, a movie room and three fire pit areas with barbecues. Each house comes with linen, one laundered towel per guest, toiletries, a washer and dryer, and portable cots and highchairs if you ask. Outdoors there are heated pools, large spas and wood-fired saunas, plus a soccer field, volleyball court, trampoline, playground, basketball court and golf cage, so younger guests have plenty to do between celebrations. Gas barbecues, an Ooni pizza oven and covered outdoor dining make it easy to feed a crowd at home. Parking is on site, and the site points to nearby wineries, restaurants, golf and hot air ballooning for days out.

How many bedrooms does Lovedale Country Estate have?
It depends on the house. Lovedale Abode has 13 bedrooms, Lovedale Lodge has 11 and Lovedale Vista has 6. The houses can be booked separately or combined as the full estate, which spreads across five buildings.
Is there a security bond?
Yes. A refundable bond of $1,500 is paid together with the booking balance, and it is returned in full within seven days of departure as long as there is no damage.
Can we play music or hold a party?
Only small handheld portable speakers are allowed. Music outdoors has to finish by 9pm and then move inside, and no extra guests can join without the estate's approval in advance. Any event attracts a $300 cleaning fee on top of the usual charges.
Can we bring a pet?
Small pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, with a $300 pet fee.
What is the cancellation policy?
A refund is only given when a written cancellation arrives more than 120 days before check-in. Cancelling within 120 days of arrival means no refund.
