About Bluebush Estate

Bluebush Estate is a ten-acre property at Lovedale with a small vineyard, views towards the Molly Morgan Ranges and a mix of self-contained accommodation: four houses, two tiny house cabins, a manager's residence where the hosts live, a food truck cafe and an antiques shop. Each house can be booked on its own, or groups can take several at once, which suits wedding parties, family reunions, milestone birthdays and work retreats. The estate also hosts intimate weddings on the grounds, so guests can stay on site before and after the day. Bluebush Lodge is the largest single house, sleeping 15 in five bedrooms with a double gas log fireplace, billiard table and full kitchen. The Country House has five ensuite bedrooms for 12 and a commercial kitchen with ILVE appliances, the Chalet sleeps up to ten in three ensuite bedrooms with its own billiards room, and the Cottage takes up to seven in three bedrooms, one bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Booking all four as the Estate gives 16 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms for up to 44 guests, or there is an 11-bedroom option for 32. The two TinyAway cabins each suit a couple, with an ensuite, kitchenette, air conditioning and a private BBQ. Shared facilities include a saltwater pool, a full-size tennis court, volleyball, ping pong and the Cafe Brocante area, where crêpes and barista coffee are served from 7am to 4pm Friday to Sunday. The estate is a short drive from the Hunter Expressway via the Lovedale Road exit, and the hosts' sister company runs wine, brewery and distillery tours.
