About Beltana Villas
Beltana Villas is a cluster of self-catering villas on 25 landscaped acres on Old North Road in Pokolbin, looking over vineyards, gardens, a dam and the mountains. The owners pitch it at people in town for a wedding or a concert, and it works well for families or a few couples booking villas side by side for a birthday weekend. Each villa is booked on its own, with its own kitchen, balcony and BBQ. The one-bedroom villas sleep two, with a queen bedroom, adjoining bathroom, living and kitchen area and a veranda with an electric BBQ; four have a separate bath and two are built for wheelchair access. The two-bedroom villas take up to six, with two queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms (the ensuite has a bath) and a large living room with a double sofa bed at extra cost, opening to a big balcony with a hooded gas BBQ. All villas have full kitchens with fridge, freezer, cooktop and microwave, reverse cycle air conditioning, wood fires and free wifi. The villas are a short drive from The Vintage golf course, Hunter Valley Gardens and Ironbark Hill Vineyard, with a Coles supermarket about 10 minutes away at Huntlee for stocking the kitchen. Guests share a 12-metre pool and spa overlooking the vineyards, open from the October long weekend until Easter Monday; bring your own pool towels.

How many people does the largest villa sleep?
The two-bedroom villas sleep up to six: two queen beds plus a double sofa bed in the living room, which costs extra. The one-bedroom villas are for two.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, two nights. Public holidays are charged at weekend rates, and stays of more than a week are priced on request.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3pm and check-out at 11am. Other times may be possible if you ask.
Is there a bond for groups?
Groups of 10 or more pay a $50 per person bond by credit card a week before arrival. It's refunded in full if the villas and grounds are left clean and tidy, checked at an inspection before you leave.
Are pets allowed?
No. To protect local wildlife, pets aren't permitted apart from guide and assistance dogs, and bringing one onto the property cancels the booking.
