About Willow Tree Estate
Willow Tree Estate is a privately owned country estate on Mistletoe Lane, Pokolbin, let as one property: whoever books gets the whole seven acres and every room. It sleeps up to 40, or 36 in individual beds, so a wedding party, an extended family or a work team can all stay in the same place. The estate also runs weddings and functions in its grounds and the Norfolk Room, so a couple can marry on site with their guests staying in the house, but it works just as well as plain accommodation for a reunion or a milestone birthday. Upstairs are six bedrooms, each with a king (or two king singles) plus an extra king single, an ensuite and a balcony over the gardens, vines and pool. The ground floor has two more bedrooms sharing a large bathroom, the Pool Suite with two kings, and the West Wing Terrace with two ensuite rooms, one of them wheelchair accessible. The Summer House, a short walk from the main house, has a king, a sofa bed, a small kitchen and a spa ensuite. Shared rooms include a formal lounge with gas fire and piano, a family room, a bean bag cinema, a games room with pool table, a dining room for 28, a commercial kitchen and a laundry. Outside there's a pool, a bocce court, two BBQs and a covered deck seating 40. The estate is booked as ten or twelve bedrooms, with a two-night minimum on weekends. There's parking for 20 cars, and transfers can be arranged for wedding guests staying elsewhere. House rules matter for a group: the booker must be 25 or older, bucks parties and end-of-school groups aren't accepted, parties need written approval, and noise has to drop after 10.30pm with no music outdoors.
