About Champainting Berwick

Champainting's Berwick studio is at 22 Gloucester Avenue, near the Princes Highway, behind a large glass shopfront with the Champainting sign above the door. Inside, it is laid out as four long tables of ten, giving room for 40 guests, and every place is set before you arrive with a tabletop easel, a 40 x 50 cm canvas, paints and brushes, a brush-cleaning cup and an apron. An artist leads the room through the painting step by step, so nobody needs any experience. The studio is entirely BYO. Guests bring wine, bubbles, beer or non-alcoholic drinks along with snacks, tapas or a grazing box, and Champainting supplies wine glasses, champagne flutes, tumblers, tapas plates, bottle openers and a fridge to keep everything cold. Let's Unwine on High Street, across the road, is handy for a last-minute bottle. Public sessions in Berwick include classic paint and sip nights, glow-in-the-dark UV sessions, Paint Your Mate portraits, Paint Your Pet nights and family-friendly sessions for ages 10 and up. For hens parties, birthdays, baby showers, Christmas parties and team building, the studio can be booked for a private event in a morning, afternoon or evening time slot. Your group picks a painting from Champainting's gallery of original artworks, or asks for a custom design at extra cost. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures the date, final payment is due 14 days before the event, and extra time before or after can be added for $120 per 30 minutes when the studio is free. Entry is at street level and wheelchair friendly.
