About The Table Station
The Table Station started when Dan could not find the tables he and his partner wanted for their wedding, so he made them from recycled Australian timber. Those first 18 tables and 36 bench seats became a hire business, and the range now covers dining and bar furniture, lounges, umbrellas, arches and tabletop pieces. Seating runs from French bistro and bentwood chairs to rattan, peacock and mix-matched vintage chairs, with vintage sofas and lounge sets in green, gold and butterscotch. Tables include 2.4 m timber dining tables, low dining tables, bar tables, coffee tables and wine barrels. Through a partnership with The Marquee Station, the team also hires clear-span marquees from 6 x 3 m up to 10 x 24 m, plus 3 x 4.5 m pop-up marquees. Marquees can be fitted with flooring, heating, cooling and lighting, and the crew installs before the event and returns to dismantle. Lighting is a service of its own: festoon and fairy lights are designed, installed in trees, gardens or venues, and removed afterwards. Delivery is quoted separately, warehouse collection is by appointment, and a 50% deposit secures the date. Send an enquiry with your date, location and guest numbers for a tailored quote.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes. Weekday deliveries within 40 km of their base need at least $350 of hire, and weekend deliveries at least $550, with delivery and collection charged on top. Longer distances carry higher minimums.
Can I collect the furniture myself?
Warehouse pick-up from Bayswater North is available by appointment, with a $300 minimum spend. It suits smaller orders; bigger furniture orders need a covered van, truck or enclosed trailer.
What marquee sizes are available?
Clear-span marquees come in six-metre and ten-metre widths, from 6 x 3 m up to 10 x 24 m, plus 3 x 4.5 m pop-up marquees. Flooring, lighting, heating and cooling can be added.
Do they install festoon lights at private homes?
Yes. Many lighting jobs are at homes, gardens and backyards, and lights can go into trees where it is safe and the owner allows it. The team installs before the event and packs down afterwards.
How does booking work?
Send an enquiry with your event details and they confirm availability and prepare a quote including delivery, collection and setup. A non-refundable 50% deposit secures the booking, with the balance due 14 days before the event.
