What time is check-in?
Standard check-in is 2pm. An earlier check-in depends on availability, and the only way to guarantee one is to book the previous night as well.
What if we arrive after reception closes?
Reception is open 8:30am to 6:30pm. If you'll be later, call 03 9764 5050 and reception will send a text with late arrival instructions at about 6pm that day.

The two-bedroom apartment has a queen bed, two single beds and a kitchenette, sleeping four. The Family Room also has a queen and two singles.
Can we hold a function at the hotel?
Yes. Two event rooms host 10 to 100 guests for meetings, seminars and special occasions, seven days a week. The Lysterfield Room covers 150 square metres and the Normandy Room 60. The hotel doesn't provide catering or drinks, and functions must finish by 7pm.
