Every room is self-contained, so guests in town for a wedding, a milestone birthday or a conference have somewhere to make breakfast, do a load of washing and spread out between events. Up on level 15 there is a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym, and the reception team works around the clock. The studio king rooms (32 m²) sleep two and have a kitchenette. The one-bedroom apartments (48 m²) come with a queen, a king or twin singles, and some have a balcony; each has a full kitchen with oven, cooktop and dishwasher, a separate lounge and dining area and an in-room washer and dryer. The two-bedroom apartments (80 m²) sleep four, with a king room, a room with two singles, a balcony and a sofa bed on request, which suits a family or two couples sharing. The whole building is non-smoking and has accessible rooms. Crown, Melbourne Aquarium and the Convention and Exhibition Centre are about five minutes' walk away, with Southbank, Flinders Lane, Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross Station close by. Parking is limited and must be booked ahead at $45 per night, entered from Downie Street. Crown, Melbourne Aquarium and the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre are about five minutes' walk away. Southbank, Flinders Lane, Marvel Stadium and Southern Cross Station are all a short walk too.

Is there parking at the hotel?
There are a limited number of spaces for $45 a night (or each 24 hours) with multiple exits, and they must be booked before you arrive. The car park entry is on Downie Street, with a 2.05 m height limit.
When can I check in, and when do I need to leave?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Reception is open 24 hours, so late arrivals are fine, and free luggage storage is available if you arrive early or leave late. Ask reception about a later departure.
