About MUX Events
MUX Events is a family-run hire company with a warehouse in Campbellfield, in Melbourne's north. It supplies the furniture and styling pieces that turn an empty room or backyard into a dressed event space: seating, tables, linen, draping, floral arches, plinths, stages, outdoor heaters and marquees. The seating range covers Tiffany chairs in white, gold and black, Louis chairs in gold or white, Victorian-style and oval clear ghost chairs, black and brown bentwood chairs, folding Americana chairs, clear acrylic bar stools and high chairs for family events. Trestle, round, café, cocktail and clear tables are available, along with long and round tablecloths, runners and napkins. For the styling side, the team builds bridal and feature tables wrapped in fabric and faux flowers, hangs ceiling and backdrop draping, and hires floral arches, arbours, flower walls and plinths for photo areas and ceremonies. Everything can be hired piece by piece or put together as a package with one quoted price, which suits couples and hosts doing their own planning. Backyard set-ups are planned around the actual garden – access through side gates, uneven lawns and where the marquee can sit – before delivery day. The crew delivers, arranges the layout on request and comes back to collect after the event, so nobody is stacking chairs the next morning. Bookings cover weddings and engagements, Nikah ceremonies, milestone birthdays, christenings, baby showers, corporate dinners and product launches, with delivery throughout Melbourne's inner and outer suburbs.

Frequently asked questions
What chair styles can I hire from MUX Events?
The range includes Tiffany chairs in white, gold and black, Louis chairs in gold or white, Victorian-style and oval clear ghost chairs, bentwood chairs in black or brown, folding Americana chairs and clear acrylic bar stools. High chairs can be added for family events.
Does MUX Events set up the furniture?
Yes. The team delivers to your home or venue, sets out the chairs and tables to your floor plan when asked, and returns after the event to pack down and collect everything.
Can MUX Events style a bridal table or backdrop?
They build bridal and feature tables dressed with fabric, faux florals, candles and signage, and hang ceiling or backdrop draping on walls, stages and marquee frames, installing it on site before guests arrive.
Is there a package option instead of hiring item by item?
Yes. Furniture, linen and décor can be bundled into one package with a single quoted price, built around your venue, guest numbers and colour scheme. A complete wedding ceremony package is listed at $1,850.
Can MUX Events supply a marquee for a backyard party?
Marquees are part of the hire range and can be combined with tables, chairs, string lights and décor. The team checks garden access and space beforehand so everything fits without blocking guest paths.
