In Wyong, Motel Mezza serves Middle Eastern shared banquets from $65 per person with custom cocktails, and Royal Hotel Wyong's private Canoe Club room seats 60. Jasper's at Long Jetty closes its doors for private sittings and lets you bring your own wine and beer.
For a party that runs late, The Savoy Bar and Music at Long Jetty has a stage and in-house sound inside an old cinema, Woodport Hotel's Garden Bar in Erina takes up to 400 cocktail-style, and Wyong Milk Factory Tavern has an upstairs DO Room with its own bar, terrace and dance floor. At West Gosford, The Terrace @ The Settler's Tavern charges no cake fee.

Central Coast Events, run by chef-owner Brenden in Berkeley Vale, does grazing tables, cocktail food and buffets from $20 per person, and can also bring furniture, decorations and heaters.
Jessie Walker Photography runs engagement sessions from her Toukley studio, with use of a client wardrobe of hundreds of outfits.
Coral Grill & Seafood group set menus start from $70 per person, The Tropic's shared event menus from $80 per person and Swells Terrigal's group banquet from $87 per person.
Dolce Strings plays as a quartet of two violins, viola and cello from $1,200, and Midnight Black Band or Blue Vinyl can come as an acoustic duo. For singalongs, Central Coast Jukebox Hire delivers a touchscreen karaoke jukebox with wireless microphones, and Aluminus Dance & Entertainment adds roving or stage performers once the speeches are done.
