Echoes Boutique Hotel is a three-storey, adults-only hotel on Lilianfels Avenue in Katoomba, built on the edge of the escarpment above the Jamison Valley. From the restaurant and terrace, the view runs across the national park to the Three Sisters. The hotel has two main event settings. The Cliff Top Garden is a small garden on the cliff edge used for ceremonies of 60 to 70 guests, and the Rooftop Bar and Restaurant upstairs takes 50 guests for a seated dinner or 100 for a cocktail party. Weddings follow a simple pattern: vows in the garden, photos around the cliff-top areas, then a reception in the restaurant. A dedicated wedding coordinator is your one contact throughout, and reception packages start from 50 guests, not counting children. Beyond weddings, the hotel hosts birthday lunches, anniversary dinners, engagement parties and family reunions for groups of 10 to 70. Indoor and outdoor spaces work for day or evening events, and the chefs can put together a menu for a milestone. The kitchen cooks modern Australian food from local produce, matched with boutique Australian and imported wines. Corporate groups can book tailored packages for meetings, strategy days and conferences.
