About Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley
Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley sits on Hawkesbury Valley Way in Windsor, set across an 8-hectare estate of landscaped gardens. Alongside its accommodation, spa and restaurants, the hotel runs a dedicated events team for private celebrations. There are more than ten function spaces to pick from. The Windsor Room and the Richmond Room each hold up to 250 guests cocktail style, with pre-function areas, disabled access and their own outdoor courtyard or veranda. The Governor Phillip Ballroom has chandeliers, ornate ceilings and a bar kept for your group, taking up to 230 standing or 150 seated. For smaller gatherings, the Harvest One and Harvest Two private dining rooms sit off Harvest Restaurant and seat 30 and 50. Outside, the lakeside lawn handles up to 300 guests, while the Samuel Marsden Courtyard has festoon lighting for up to 80. Windsor Lawn, Gazebo Courtyard, The Woods and a fire pit suit relaxed lunches, pre-dinner drinks and evening gatherings. Food is made in-house with produce from the Hawkesbury, covering canapés, two-hour cocktail menus, plated dinners, buffets, grazing tables and high tea. Drinks packages run for three to five hours, and dietary needs are handled at no extra charge. The hotel hosts 21sts and other birthdays, anniversaries, bridal showers, christenings, school formals and end-of-year work parties. Room hire is a guide only and is tailored to each event: Harvest One or Harvest Two from $500, the Lachlan Macquarie Room $750, the larger ballrooms $850, and the Gazebo, Lakeside, The Woods and The Grove $1,000. Most food packages need a minimum of 20 guests.

Yes. The essentials package starts at $38 per person for three hours, the premium package at $45 per person, and a non-alcoholic package at $30 per person. Each can be extended to four or five hours.
