The Sebel Sydney Manly Beach faces the sand at the southern end of Manly Beach, across South Steyne from the water. It is a four-star hotel with 83 rooms over seven floors, split between a main building and a separate South Tower, and it is fully non-smoking. For a guest coming to Sydney for a wedding on the northern beaches, a family birthday or a work event, it offers a seaside base where the beach, local cafés, galleries and surf shops, and the coastal walks are all on the doorstep. The hotel also hosts weddings itself, and has five meeting rooms, the largest of them 110 square metres and seating up to 135. All rooms come with a private balcony, a bedroom and bathroom, a work desk and laundry facilities. The Standard Studios sit in the South Tower, take two guests in queen or twin bedding and look out over Manly. The Superior Studios measure 43 square metres, have a king bed and a partial view of the ocean, and fit three. For families, the one-bedroom Family Suite in the South Tower has twin beds in the bedroom, a queen in the living area and a large furnished balcony, sleeping up to five. There is no kitchen in the suites. Cots and babysitting can be requested, and there are two outdoor pools, one of them heated. Manly Wine, the hotel's restaurant and bar, is on site. To reach the city, the regular ferry takes about 30 minutes and the fast ferry about 20. Indoor parking with 40 spaces is open around the clock, and an airport shuttle can be arranged for an extra charge.

How do I get from the hotel to the city for an event?
Take the ferry from Manly. The hotel puts the trip to the Sydney CBD at about 20 minutes on the fast ferry and around 30 minutes on the regular service. Taronga Zoo is roughly 40 minutes away by car.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes. There is an indoor car park with 40 spaces, open 24 hours, entered at 8-13 South Steyne. It costs AUD 40 for each 24 hours and the height limit is 1.8m, so taller vans and SUVs with roof racks may not fit.
What is the largest room for a family?
The one-bedroom Family Suite in the South Tower sleeps up to five, with twin beds in the bedroom, a queen bed in the living area and a large furnished balcony. It has no kitchen. A baby cot can be requested, and babysitting can be arranged.
