About The Blue Hotel Bondi
The Blue Hotel Bondi is a small boutique hotel of 33 rooms on Hall Street, right in the Bondi Beach village among its restaurants, bars and cafes. It runs without a front desk: guests finish a short online check-in, receive a digital key on the day they arrive, and message a dedicated host by SMS or WhatsApp if anything comes up. That suits interstate guests in town for a wedding, a 50th or a work function who mostly need a stylish, practical base for a few nights. The hotel has a strict no-party, no-noise policy, so it is a place to sleep, not to celebrate. Rooms were designed by hospitality studio AZB Creative and come in several layouts. King and Twin Suites are around 30 square metres for two adults; King Suites with a balcony sit on level three; the Penthouse is a 43-square-metre loft with its own balcony, and the Penthouse XL adds a second bedroom with two king singles for up to four adults. For families or a group of friends, the Group Suite has six queen bunks and the Family Suite pairs a king bed with four large single bunks, each taking six adults. Every room has an ensuite, air-conditioning, a wet bar with fridge and Nespresso machine, and Hunter toiletries, but there is no kitchen. There is no car park on site. Wilson Parking at the Hub shopping centre, 79 Hall Street, is about three minutes away on foot, and Hall Street has free two-hour parking during the day. For trains, the 379 bus stops close by and runs to Bondi Junction station, roughly ten minutes by car. Luggage can be left at The Living Room on the ground floor, which doubles as a co-working space in business hours.

How do I get from The Blue Hotel to the train?
The nearest station is Bondi Junction, about a ten-minute drive away. The 379 bus runs between Bondi Junction and a stop on Glenayr Avenue, just around the corner from the hotel's entrances, and you can tap on with Opal or a bank card.
Is there parking for guests?
Not on site. The closest car park is Wilson Parking in the Hub shopping centre at 79 Hall Street, around three minutes' walk away, at around $45 for a full day's parking. Hall Street itself has free two-hour street parking, with no time limit in the evenings.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Rooms open at 3pm and check-out is 10am. Check-in is done online before you arrive and your digital key is sent on the day. Early arrival or a late departure can be requested through your host by SMS or by calling the hotel on the day.
Which room suits a family or a group of friends?
The Group Suite has six queen bunks and the Family Suite has a king bed plus four large single bunks; both take six adults. The Penthouse XL sleeps four across two bedrooms. Baby cots are free on request, subject to availability, but rollaway beds are not offered.
Can I store bags before check-in or after check-out?
Yes. Luggage can be left at The Living Room on the ground floor, entered from Shop 5 on Hall Street, so you can drop your bags and head to the wedding or event before your room is ready.
