This Adina apartment hotel is on Hall Street, the busy street of shops and restaurants that runs down to Bondi Beach, around 400m from the sand. It gives visitors an apartment with a balcony and kitchen instead of a single hotel room, which suits people flying in for a wedding in the eastern suburbs, a milestone birthday or a family reunion who want space for everyone, somewhere to eat in, and a laundry between events. It belongs to the Adina brand, whose Australian head office is in Ultimo. There are 111 rooms. Studios of 30 square metres take two guests and have a kitchenette. One-bedroom apartments are 40 square metres and take two or three. Two-bedroom apartments are 50 square metres and take four or five, and the Family Two Bedroom Apartment, at 70 square metres, is made up of two connecting rooms. The largest option is the three-bedroom apartment, 101 square metres and sleeping six or seven. The apartments have a full kitchen with oven, cooktop, dishwasher and full-size fridge, and the larger ones include a washer and dryer. Cots are free, and family or interconnecting rooms can be requested. The semi-outdoor pool, spa, gym and outdoor area are open 6am to 9pm. Straight next door is bills, where hotel guests can charge meals back to their room, and The Hub Hall Street food precinct includes Harris Farm Markets, Da Orazio and Gelato Messina. Secure parking under the hotel costs AU$33 a night with unlimited exits and entries from O'Brien Street. A boardroom seats up to 18 for a daytime meeting.

The hotel gives the walk as about 400m. It sits on Hall Street, which leads straight down to the beach, so the sand, the cafés and the shops are all within a few minutes on foot.

Is there parking at the hotel?
Secure parking under the hotel costs AU$33 a night, and you can come and go as often as you like. The entrance is on O'Brien Street and reception validates your ticket. Height limits of 2.1m and 2.2m both appear on the hotel's page, so check if your vehicle is tall. A space can be added when you book online.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Reception is staffed 24 hours, so a late arrival after an evening flight is no problem. Early arrivals can store luggage and use the pool and gym, and a late check-out can be requested the day before you leave.
