About The Coogee View
The Coogee View is a purpose-built block of serviced apartments on Carr Street that looks straight onto Coogee Beach and the park in front of it. AEA Hotels has managed the apartments since the building went up in 1996 and still runs them on site. For anyone flying in for an eastern suburbs wedding, a family reunion or a big birthday, it gives you a proper apartment with your own kitchen and laundry rather than a single hotel room, which helps on a stay of several nights. There are one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across several floors. The one-bedroom unit takes two people in a king bed, the two-bedroom apartments take four, and the three-bedroom apartments sleep six in a king, a queen and two singles, with two bathrooms. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, internal laundry, ducted air conditioning and heating, a coffee machine, a Smart TV with Foxtel and its own wifi, and nearly all have a balcony or terrace. Outlooks differ by floor: some face the beach and ocean full-on, others look over the park. One apartment opens directly onto the beach. Each apartment comes with one allocated car space at no charge, reached from Kurrawa. Sydney Airport is about a 20-minute drive away. For the city, the L2 light rail leaves Randwick every few minutes, and the 373 and 350 buses link Coogee with town, with the CBD roughly 25 to 35 minutes away. The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, Gordons Bay, Wylie's Baths and the beachfront pubs and restaurants are all close by.

The L2 light rail from Randwick is the most direct route to Central, Town Hall and Circular Quay, with services about every five minutes. Buses 373 and 350 also run between Coogee and the city. Allow roughly 25 to 35 minutes to Town Hall.
Is parking included?
Yes. Every apartment has its own marked car space in the building at no extra cost. The car park is entered from Kurrawa, behind the building.
What if we arrive after reception has closed?
Reception, in Shop 2 on Arden Street, generally keeps weekday business hours. Confirmed guests are emailed after-hours check-in instructions from info@aeahotels.com before arrival, so check your junk folder if it has not come through. A caretaker nearby handles genuine emergencies.

How far is it from Sydney Airport?

Thread bare carpet. Vomit stain on carpet. Walls were dirty and chipped. Linen was stained and holey. The lounge was filthy and stank. On a positive note, great views, and location to restaurants, cafes, beach etc
