About Bondi 38 Serviced Apartments
Bondi 38 Serviced Apartments is a small, independently run building of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments on Campbell Parade, with Bondi Beach on the other side of the road. For guests coming in for an eastern suburbs wedding, a family birthday or a long weekend around an event, it offers a proper apartment rather than a hotel room: a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, air conditioning, free wifi and, in most apartments, a balcony looking over the water. Entry is keyless, there is a lift, and housekeeping is included. Studios suit a couple, and the one-bedroom suites add a separate lounge and kitchen. The two-bedroom apartments sleep four to five, with a king or queen in the main room, a queen or two singles in the second and a sofa bed; some have two bathrooms. The Two Bedroom Interconnecting option joins a one-bedroom suite and a studio for two kings, two sofa beds and two bathrooms, and the team can link apartments for bigger groups. Every two-bedroom apartment has an ocean view, and cots and high chairs are free if requested when you book. The sand is about 50 metres away and the Icebergs pool a two-minute walk, with the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk starting close by. The 380 bus to the city leaves from out front, the 333 express reaches the CBD in about 20 minutes, and buses run all night. Bondi Junction is about 10 minutes by bus, the CBD roughly 7 kilometres, and the airport around a 23-minute drive. Secure lock-up parking a short walk away is limited and needs booking.

How do we get from Bondi 38 to the city?
Bus 380 leaves from outside the building and runs to the city, and the 333 express takes about 20 minutes to the CBD. Buses run 24 hours. By car the CBD is around 7 kilometres, roughly a 12-minute drive.
Is there parking, and what does it cost?
Yes, in a secure off-site lock-up garage a short walk from the building with 24-hour access. It costs $59 for each car for each night, and spaces are limited, so contact the team to book a spot for your dates.
When can we check in and out?
Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is at 10am. You can arrive late, but make sure you have your access code to get into the building after hours.
Is there room for a family or a larger group?
The two-bedroom apartments sleep four to five, and the Two Bedroom Interconnecting option joins a one-bedroom suite and a studio, with two king beds, two sofa beds and two bathrooms. The team can connect apartments if you mention it when booking.
Do you have cots and high chairs?
Yes, both are free on request when you book. Every apartment also has a washer and dryer, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and air conditioning.
