About Eternity Event Hire

Eternity Event Hire is a small family business in Girraween, in Sydney's west. Husband and wife Ali and Minnie do the styling and setups, while their daughter Ace answers enquiries and helps clients plan. Weddings are a large share of the work, but the catalogue is just as geared to 21sts, 30ths, engagements, baby showers and first birthdays. Signage is a good place to start. They hire neon signs in designs such as Twenty One, Thirty, Engaged, Oh Baby and Happy Birthday, along with foam lettering signs and a selection of gold, white and antique mirrors on easels that can be lettered with a name and date for a welcome sign. Custom signs can be requested with your booking. The rest of the range fills out a party setup: pastel and white arches, wavy and ripple backdrops, colour-customisable panels, plinths, peacock and velvet chairs, a boucle lounge, cake stands, chandeliers and centrepiece pieces, plus custom faux florals and balloons on request. Bookings are made through the online form, and styling quotes are handled by email, so include your date, venue and a few inspiration photos. Small items can be collected from Girraween. Larger props are delivered and picked up for a fee based on the location, with basic placement included and full styling priced separately. Neon sign hire is $140 for most designs and $180 for Will You Marry Me. Lettered and foam signs such as Twenty One and Oh Baby are $50, mirrors on easels are $55 to $65, and a white wooden easel is $30. Backdrops and arches range from $110 for the mini pastel arches to $320 for the Temple Arch, and a giant flower set of three is $105. Seating includes a peacock chair with cushion at $70, a pink velvet seat at $220 and a boucle lounge at $250. White round plinths are $40 to $120. Delivery is quoted by location, and styling is priced on request.
