About The Valley Brewhouse
The Valley Brewhouse is a modern pub and working brewery on Wine Country Drive in Nulkaba, at the entrance to Hunter Valley wine country. It sits on around five acres, with a bistro, a sports bar, a public bar and a wide lawn alongside the brewhouse. Functions are spread across three areas that can be hired on their own or joined into one larger space. The Brewery can be booked as a fully private room, seating 40 or holding 50 for a cocktail party among the brewing gear. The Lounge is semi-private, built around an open fire with leather lounges, and takes 40 to 80 guests standing. It isn't offered as a seated space, so it suits drinks-and-canapé birthdays and catch-ups. For a bigger crowd, the beer garden and lawn seat 300 or hold 500 standing, though weather can affect how many fit. When you hire a space you can order from the function menu. It covers plates of 30 finger food pieces such as sausage rolls, arancini, satay skewers and spring rolls, plus sliders, antipasto platters and a grazing station that feeds about 50. The kitchen can make many items gluten free, and the function manager talks through any dietary needs. Drinks can run on a bar tab charged on consumption with a limit you set, as a cash bar, or as an all-inclusive drinks package tailored to your group. Beer comes straight from the on-site brewery, along with local wines and cocktails from the main bar. The venue also has the Kilnhaus, a dedicated building for weddings and conferences.
