About Elysian
Elysian is a cocktail and wine bar with a share-plate kitchen, set in a historic house at the top of Leura Mall. Its garden looks out across Leura towards the valley. The house works as a private dining and event space. Groups of nine or more sit down together over shared plates, while bigger parties can have the dining room, atrium and bar to themselves along with the garden. Weddings are a regular part of the calendar here. Couples can run the day from an outdoor gathering in the garden through to a reception and first dance inside, with menus and cocktails shaped around their style. Every guest eats from the set Feed Me menu, a spread of the kitchen's favourite dishes to share, and the menu is sent through after you enquire. For a looser cocktail-style event, bar snacks and nibbles can stand in for the main meal. Drinks run on a bar tab drawn from the cocktail and wine list, and groups of 20 or more have a $500 minimum on that tab. A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms the date, final numbers are due three weeks out, and seating runs for two and a half hours unless arranged beforehand. Elysian is an adults-focused venue with no highchairs or children's menu, and it doesn't serve tea or coffee.
