Equipment & Service Details

Equipment is delivered to ground level seven days a week, excluding public holidays, in a four-hour slot, either 8am to 12pm or 12pm to 4pm, which is set in the week of the event. Stairs, upper levels, steep descents or carries of more than ten metres from the truck cost extra, so flag access when booking.

Someone over 18 must accept the delivery and sign the hire contract. Dance floors suit hard surfaces, with a timber underlay available for grass or carpet, and a credit card or bond covers damage, loss, cleaning or late return.
