About Third Eye Windsor
Third Eye Windsor is a Nepalese and Indian restaurant on George Street in South Windsor that runs a dedicated function hall alongside its dining room. The kitchen cooks traditional dishes such as momo, choila, tandoori and slow-cooked curries. The ground-floor hall takes sit-down functions of 35 to 100 guests, and a second room on the restaurant side holds another 50. Used together, the venue is licensed for 150 people. Function packages are served as a buffet, with entrées, mains, rice, salad and, from the Silver package up, dessert. Four packages run from $36 to $46 per person, and children aged three to nine are charged $20 each. Vegetarian dishes are available and spice levels can be adjusted. Each package includes soft drinks on the tables, white tablecloths with runners and centrepieces, a decorative couch for photos and a white curtain backdrop with fairy lights. There is no extra charge for the hall, the sound system or the dance lights, though the venue suggests booking a DJ. The bar stocks international beers, spirits and a small range of wine. BYO drinks are possible for a $150 service fee, and you can hire the hall without food and bring in an outside caterer if you prefer. Evening functions run for five hours from 6pm to 11pm, with access from 3pm to decorate, and lunch functions can also be arranged.
