About The Gelato Bike
The Gelato Bike is a one-off refrigerated trike loaded with gelato, run from a warehouse in Gerringong since 2018. It rolls into weddings, birthdays, Christmas parties and corporate events across the Illawarra. Every package includes a friendly, uniformed attendant who serves unlimited scoops for the booked time, which starts once set-up is finished. You choose four flavours, pick an umbrella to match your theme and get a personalised welcome sign, plus cups, cones, spoons and serviettes. Wedding couples often book it straight after the ceremony, over cocktail hour or between formalities, when guests are ready for something sweet. The ninety-minute option suits longer receptions and evening service, while the doughnut package pairs gelato with cinnamon doughnuts and two attendants. The trike has built-in LED lighting, so it looks good after dark, and it plugs into a single power outlet. If power is far away, the team brings a long lead, and a small generator can be added for beach, farm or garden settings. Service Details
Service runs for 60 or 90 minutes of unlimited scoops once set-up is done. The trike is 110 cm wide and 230 cm long and needs one power outlet. Leftover gelato is left in your venue's freezer or cool room if there is one.
