About Stir n Shake
Stir n Shake is a mobile bar and pizza catering business founded by Paul Calleja in 2017. The team brings a full bar and food service to backyards, function spaces and offices around the Illawarra. Its licensed bartenders arrive with all the gear needed to run the bar. They mix cocktails using fresh juices and house-made syrups, and also pour beer, wine, spirits and mocktails. For food, the mobile pizza bar serves fresh gourmet pizzas, run as an all-you-can-eat option for guests. Birthday parties, hens and bucks nights, engagements and weddings make up much of the work. Corporate clients book the service for conferences, client dinners and Christmas parties. The team handles the drinks and food so hosts can spend the event with their guests. Stir n Shake also hires out LED glow furniture, including curved bars, glowing cubes, benches and cocktail tables with colour-changing light. Each booking is built as a custom package around the event, the guest numbers and the budget.
