About Third Eye Rockdale
Third Eye Rockdale is a Nepalese and Indian restaurant and function centre on the Princes Highway in Banksia, across the road from Spotlight. The team has cooked Nepalese and Indian food locally for more than ten years, and the building combines a dining room, a rooftop kept for walk-in dinner guests and private function rooms. Private functions run in two spaces. The ground-floor hall seats up to 100 guests and is licensed for 150, while the first-floor function room suits smaller groups from around 30 adults. Tables and chairs are arranged to suit each event, and simple styling with table runners and chair bows comes with every package. Each package is a three-course buffet of Nepalese and Indian dishes – entrées such as chicken choila, pakoda and samosa chaat, mains of goat curry, chicken curry, dal and vegetables with basmati rice, then desserts like gulab jamun or kheer. The Economy, Standard and VIP packages step up the choice of dishes, and unlimited soft drinks are included. The bar stocks international and Nepalese beers and popular spirits, with a small wine list, and you can bring your own alcohol for a service charge. The hall comes with a sound system, DJ mixers, a display TV and computerised dance lighting at no extra cost. Evening functions run for five hours, from 6pm to 11pm, with access from 4:30pm to decorate, and lunch functions are also offered. Birthdays (18ths and 21sts included, with security conditions), engagements, wedding receptions, charity dinners and corporate events are all hosted. Send an enquiry to book.
