Osso Campbelltown is a steak and ribs restaurant inside Macarthur Square, off Kellicar Road. The kitchen works with pasture-raised Australian beef, and the cellar holds more than 100 wines. For milestone dinners and work gatherings, a private dining room seats up to 20 guests. Groups of 11 or more order from chef-designed set menus, so every plate reaches the table at the same time. Bigger parties can use the semi-private mezzanine level along with flexible zones of the main dining room. Together these take up to 100 guests, either seated or as a cocktail-style event. Set menus lean on dry-aged rib-eye, the restaurant's sticky beef ribs, shared sides and dessert. Meat-free, vegan and gluten-free dishes, plus meals for children, can be arranged ahead. Extras such as grazing boards, champagne on arrival and jugs of cocktails can be added to a booking. Cakes and decorations are welcome, though glitter and confetti are not allowed. Smaller groups of 10 or fewer can simply reserve a table and order from the à la carte menu. For anything larger, send an enquiry to book and the events team will help with the details.
