Veriu Macquarie Park opened in 2024 on Lane Cove Road, in the office and research precinct around Macquarie University. Its weekday trade is business travel and conferences, but the apartment-style layout suits event visitors as well: relatives flying in for a North Shore wedding, a family gathering for a significant birthday, or a group travelling to a concert at Qudos Bank Arena can cook, do a load of washing and spread out rather than share a single hotel room. The 184 rooms run from the 28-square-metre Veriu Suite through one-bedroom suites of around 50 to 55 square metres, which take up to three guests, to adjoining two-bedroom suites that join two units under one entrance. The standard two-bedroom adjoining suite sleeps four, the Executive version five and the Superior version six. Every room type listed has a kitchen and an in-room washer and dryer, with king or twin bedding. Executive rooms sit on level 13 and above, and the higher floors look out over the city and Macquarie Park.
