About Meriton Suites Liverpool
Meriton Suites Liverpool is a recently opened apartment hotel on Northumberland Street, in the middle of what Meriton calls Sydney's third CBD. Meriton pitches it at people visiting for business, study or the hospital, but it also works well for anyone flying or driving in for a celebration in the south-west: a wedding party, relatives gathering for a 50th, or a family in town for a graduation can all take a suite each, or one large suite together, rather than several small hotel rooms. There are 163 suites. Standard and studio suites sleep two, as do the one-bedroom Balcony and Sky Balcony suites (57 and 63 square metres). Two-bedroom Balcony Suites of 87 square metres sleep four, and the largest option, the three-bedroom Balcony Suite on levels 27 to 31, covers 113 square metres and sleeps six. Every suite is self-contained, with a kitchen that includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and capsule coffee machine, plus a washer and dryer. Windows open in all suites, and accessible suites are available. Downstairs there's a 23-metre heated indoor pool, a spa, a sauna and a gym, and guest services is staffed around the clock. Liverpool Station is about 650 metres away, with direct trains to the Sydney CBD and Parramatta, and the M5 and Westlink M7 are close by for anyone driving. Westfield Liverpool is 210 metres from the door, Warwick Farm Racecourse about 2.8km and Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre about 4km. Undercover parking on site costs $20 per vehicle per night; the entry is on Laurantus Serviceway and your number plate has to be registered with the hotel first.

Which suite works for a family in town for a wedding or birthday?
The two-bedroom Balcony Suite (87 square metres) sleeps four. For up to six, book the three-bedroom Balcony Suite, 113 square metres on levels 27 to 31, with a master en-suite. Meriton doesn't offer rollaway beds, so choose a suite with enough bedrooms for everyone.
Can we reserve a block of suites for our event guests?
Yes. Meriton Suites has a Group Accommodation team that handles bookings of 10 suites or more, including weddings and family reunions. They ask for one contact person and a rooming list before arrival, may take a non-refundable deposit, and need the balance paid in a single payment before arrival.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes. Undercover parking on site is $20 per vehicle per night, entered from Laurantus Serviceway off Northumberland Street, with a 2.1-metre clearance. Your number plate must be registered with guest services before entry, and reception can validate your ticket so you can come and go during the stay. If the car park is full, staff will direct you to the nearest overflow parking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Arrive early and you can park, leave your bags and use the pool and gym until the suite is ready, and reception will hold your luggage after you check out.
