This is a building of studios and one-bedroom suites, all sleeping two, which suits couples and solo guests better than families. Studios are 36 square metres with a king bed; the newer Studio Cube Suites add privacy screens to separate the bed from the lounge. One-bedroom suites start at 47 square metres, the Balcony Suites on levels 12 to 23 add outdoor seating, and the Balcony Sky Suites on levels 24 to 39 give wide views over Chinatown. There are accessible one-bedroom suites for wheelchair users. Each has an induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, a washer and dryer, a coffee capsule machine and StayCast streaming. Guests can use the indoor pool, spa, sauna and a gym with street-facing windows, and guest services is on call 24 hours. Central Station, the light rail and the metro are all close by, and Circular Quay is about 2.4km away. Undercover parking is $50 per vehicle per night. The entrance is behind the hotel at 25-29 Cunningham Street and uses a car lift, so vehicles must be under 2.1m high, 2.3m wide, 5.6m long and 3 tonnes. Attendants help at the entrance from 10am to 8pm; ask guest services about access after hours.

Check-in starts at 3pm and check-out is 10am. Arrive earlier and you can leave your bags and use the pool, spa and gym until the suite is ready; reception will also hold luggage after check-out.
