About Botanik Apartment Hotel
Botanik Apartment Hotel is a small residential block at 533-535 Elizabeth Street, Surry Hills, let out as furnished apartments for short and long stays. It suits visitors who want room to spread out while they are in town for a wedding, a milestone birthday or a run of work meetings: each apartment has its own kitchen, laundry and balcony, and the CBD starts just to the north. There are four layouts. The One Bedroom with Dining sits on the Elizabeth Street side, with a king bed, a four-seat table and a balcony big enough for two armchairs; the One Bedroom with Study faces the rear lane and adds a desk nook and walk-in robe. The Two Bedroom on level five has two king bedrooms, two bathrooms, a walk-in pantry and a long balcony with views west over the city. The Three Bedroom apartments put a king bed in each of three rooms, a freestanding bath in the main ensuite and a six-seat dining table. Occupancy is two people per bedroom, so the largest apartments take six, and management can approve one extra guest per apartment. Kitchens come with a four-burner gas cooktop, oven, full-size fridge, microwave and dishwasher, and each apartment has a top-load washer, a separate dryer and wifi. Housekeeping is included weekly on stays of more than seven nights. A limited number of garage spaces can be booked for guests with a car, and Central Station is the nearest train station for getting around Sydney.

How many people can stay in the largest apartment?
The Three Bedroom apartments have a king bed in each bedroom, and the building allows two guests per bedroom, so they take six. One extra guest per apartment can be added if management approves it, with a spare bed supplied.
Is there parking at Botanik Apartment Hotel?
Yes, but spaces are limited. A car space costs $30 a night and should be booked in advance, because an apartment booking does not reserve one. Access is by a garage remote, which costs $65 to replace if lost.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and must be arranged by appointment. Check-out is by 10am unless another time has been agreed. Guests who book direct get first option on a free early check-in or later check-out when available, confirmed 24 hours beforehand.
Can we have friends over or hold a small celebration in the apartment?
No. The building runs a strict no-party policy, and visitors are not allowed in the apartments or common areas between 9pm and 7am. Breaching it ends the booking without a refund, so plan the celebration at the venue.
What comes with each apartment?
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a private laundry with washer, dryer, iron and board, wifi, a streaming box or smart TV, towels, linen, a hairdryer and Appelles Apothecary toiletries. Departure cleaning and taxes are included in the rate.
