About Fine2uned
Fine2uned is Chris and Taylor, two singers who met in 2014 and have performed together ever since, mostly at weddings. After many couples asked for a mix of live and DJ music, both learned to DJ, so they can now cover a whole day: acoustic songs for the ceremony, live sets through cocktail hour and dinner, MC duties for the formalities and a DJ set for the dance floor. Chris's wife Ange is an authorised marriage celebrant and can join the booking, and they bring in a small circle of other musicians when a wedding needs a larger line-up. Packages are built to order, from a ceremony only, to a ceremony plus cocktail hour, to music from the first guest's arrival through to the send-off. Chris puts together the musical run sheet and works with the celebrant, venue and other suppliers on timing, and highlights key moments such as the aisle walk, signing, grand entrance, first dance and send-off. Couples can choose songs for them to learn, pick from the live song list and send through favourite tracks for the DJ set. Every package includes a PA sized to the event, from a battery-powered rig for a beach or bush ceremony to a full reception system. Wireless handheld microphones for the MC and speeches are supplied, along with an audio feed for the videographer. Reception packages include stage and ambient lighting, with uplights and wireless DMX dance floor lighting available as a paid add-on. They play all over greater Sydney and travel to places like the Hunter Valley, Southern Highlands, Jervis Bay, Canberra and Byron Bay. They recommend booking 10 to 12 months ahead.
