About Snap Magic Photobooths
Snap Magic Photobooths is a photo booth company based in Melbourne that covers the Yarra Valley and the Dandenong Ranges, from vineyard weddings to galas and private parties. It runs two quite different booths: an attended DSLR set-up for studio-style portraits with prints, and a Drop-Off booth that guests run themselves, sharing shots to their phones at more casual events. The DSLR booth is built around a Canon camera, lit by a Godox flash in a softbox, and an attendant looks after it from start to finish. Guests can print as often as they like, getting two copies each time on a template designed for your event, and all images are uploaded to an online gallery within a day. Premium adds a backdrop and themed props, Royale brings a flower wall with a neon sign, and the team handles set-up and pack-down. The Drop-Off option is an iPad booth with ring-light and softbox lighting that the team delivers, sets up and picks up later. Guests take their own photos, GIFs, boomerangs and slow-mo clips and send them to their phones over AirDrop or email. Entry packages are digital only, Classic and above add printing on the spot, VIP adds a red carpet with bollards and Royale the flower wall. Bookings come with $2M public liability insurance and an early set-up at no charge.
