About The Pavilion @ The Orchard
The Orchard is a food, dining and events destination on Tench Avenue in Jamisontown, near Penrith, laid out among orange trees with a pub-style restaurant, garden bar, bakery and playground. Its functions team hosts weddings, birthdays, engagements, corporate events, school formals and more across several spaces. The Pavilion is the main indoor event room and is booked only for private events. It has a pitched roof with exposed timber beams, a whitewashed finish and air conditioning, and it seats 150 for dinner or holds 220 for a cocktail party. An outdoor terrace runs off the room with views across the orchard, used for pre-dinner drinks and cocktail receptions. Nearby firepits are open to walk-in visitors only when the Pavilion has no event on. Food is planned from the function pack. Canapé packages start at $55 per person, shared menus of mains, sides and desserts at $80, and buffets at $80, with grazing stations, oysters, prawns and late-night snacks as extras. Drinks packages cover three or five hours at standard or premium level, and an Aperol spritz bar or Champagne station can be added. The venue has over 150 parking spaces. Canapés range from ceviche tostadas and oysters to sliders, pies and sweet bites. Late-night snacks such as jaffles and mini burgers can be added, and gluten-free options are available.
Beverages
Soft drinks only cost $20 per person for three hours or $30 for five. An Aperol spritz bar or Champagne station is $35 per person for each hour, and a tea and coffee station is $5 per person.

Yes. The Orchard has more than 150 car spaces on site, including accessible parking, with overflow parking on Tench Avenue.
