About Creative Faces
Creative Faces is a kids’ entertainment company working in Sydney (plus Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane). Its core services are face painting and balloon twisting, alongside glitter and airbrush tattoos, giant bubbles, costumed characters and special-effects make-up for adults. The team has been operating for over 10 years. Every entertainer holds a Working With Children Check and public liability insurance, and the paints are water-based and hypoallergenic. For birthdays there are five set packages, each with a 1.5-hour minimum. Sparkly is one artist doing face painting and glitter tattoos. Combo is one artist doing face painting and balloon twisting. Bubbloons is a balloon twister who also runs giant bubbles. Airbrush Tattoo is face painting plus airbrush tattoos. Deluxe sends two entertainers: a face painter plus a balloon twister who also does giant bubbles. You can also build your own package. Corporate options include sporting-colours face painting, gaming and cosplay special effects, festival glitter looks, Halloween make-up, and Santa, elf or Easter Bunny appearances (Santa from 30 minutes). The entertainer arrives 10 to 15 minutes early to set up. Face painters need a table and two adult chairs each. Balloon twisters need a table or chair, and airbrush artists need a power point. The full fee is paid upfront. For outdoor parties, have a wet-weather backup location ready, because cancellations on the day are charged in full. Online enquiries get a quote within 24 hours.

What party packages does Creative Faces offer?
There are five: Sparkly (face painting and glitter tattoos), Combo (face painting and balloon twisting), Bubbloons (balloon twisting and giant bubbles), Airbrush Tattoo (face painting and airbrush tattoos) and Deluxe (a face painter plus a balloon and bubble performer). You can also create your own mix.
What is the minimum booking time?
Most packages have a 1.5-hour minimum, and Deluxe is 1.5 hours per entertainer. Santa Claus appearances for corporate events can be booked from 30 minutes.
What do I need to set up for the entertainers?
Each face painter needs a table and two adult-sized chairs. Balloon twisters need a table or chair, or a spot near a power point for an electric pump. Airbrush tattoo artists need power points.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Prices aren’t published. Fill in the online booking form and you’ll get a quote within 24 hours. Travel, setup and materials are included. The full fee is due upfront by bank transfer, or by card with a surcharge.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Give Creative Faces a backup location and the entertainer will go there instead. Cancelling on the day is charged at 100% of the fee. Cancelling within seven days is charged at 50%.
