Chatswood is the North Shore's main commercial centre, and its big shopping centres hold more than retail. • Getting there: the venue is about a five-minute walk from Chatswood station, which has trains and Metro, and Mandarin Centre parking is free for the first three hours with validation at the venue.

• Group size: party packages include two hours with a reserved area and a party host, and groups can build their own package from the activity, food and drink menus.
• Booking lead time: walk-in spots are limited, so book ahead for groups, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.
