About Classic Limousines Newcastle
Classic Limousines Newcastle is a wedding car business based in Lake Macquarie, and it takes Central Coast weddings as well. It has been chauffeuring couples for more than 25 years, first under the name Absolute Vintage Elegance Limousines. Katryna and Eddy took it over in 2021, bringing Eddy's years as a musician at weddings and functions and Katryna's background in nursing. The three cars are Austin Vanden Plas Princess limousines, coachbuilt by hand in London in the 1950s and 1960s and finished in matching ivory. Six passengers ride in each, on leather upholstery among English walnut and oak, with chrome detailing, deep carpet and air-conditioning. The rear doors open wide, so getting in and out in a wedding gown is far simpler. Drivers dress in black, help guests in and out, keep an eye on the timing and travel alongside any family cars in the convoy. At photo stops they serve complimentary bubbles, lemonade, water, strawberries and nibbles, and eskies with ice are on hand for drinks you supply. Each car also carries umbrellas, blankets, towels, a Bluetooth speaker and kits for sewing and cleaning. No price list is published, so every couple receives a quote shaped around their day, and you are welcome to inspect the limousines first. The date is confirmed once the booking fee is paid and the signed contract returned. Children aged seven and under cannot travel in the cars.

How many passengers fit in each car?
Six in each car. Hiring all three limousines carries up to eighteen people, so a large bridal party can arrive together.
Can we stop for photos along the way?
Yes. Drivers wait while you shoot by the water or in bushland, and each car carries towels and blankets for sandy shoes and umbrellas for rain or harsh sun.
