About HF Wedding & Hire Cars
HF Wedding & Hire Cars, a chauffeur company run by one family since 1973 and based in Sydney, offers its whole fleet for Blue Mountains bookings. Its Mountains page covers wedding transport, school formals, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate travel, along with scenic tours to spots such as the Three Sisters and Scenic World. For groups, there are two stretch Hummer H2s for 15 and 17 passengers, plus Chrysler 300C and Mercedes W220 super stretches seating 12 and 10. Smaller parties can choose from sedans, convertibles, SUVs and sports cars, and a Mercedes Sprinter with 11 seats handles straightforward group transfers. Inside the Hummers you'll find a colour-changing lit dance floor, laser and disco lights, a mirrored ceiling, a bar area, screens and Bluetooth or AUX audio. Every booking comes with a chauffeur, and general hire has a one-hour minimum, while wedding cars need two to three hours depending on the vehicle. Responsible drinking is allowed on board when all passengers are over 18, smoking is not, and tyre covers and a red carpet are available on request. At over 8.5 metres in length and 2.1 metres in height, the Hummers can't fit down narrow streets or some venue driveways, so the chauffeur stops at the closest safe point. That is worth raising early if your Mountains venue sits at the end of a steep or winding lane. Every quote depends on the car, date, timing and route, so send an enquiry with your plans.

Wedding bookings are settled no later than a week before the day, while general hire is paid when the chauffeur arrives for pickup. Card payments, including AMEX, attract a 2% surcharge, and the terms allow for a $350 minimum cleaning fee, a $300 security pre-authorisation and a $75 fee on early cancellations.
Fleet & Booking Details
Because of their length and height, the Hummers cannot reach every road or driveway, so the chauffeur pulls up as close as is safe. Children under 15 need an adult with them, and the hirer supplies a child seat for anyone under 7.
