About The Table Station
The Table Station began with a wedding: Dan wanted timber tables he could not find to hire, so he built 18 tables and 36 bench seats from recycled Australian timber. That set became the start of a hire business, and today the range takes in lounges, umbrellas, arches, bar and dining furniture and pieces for the tabletop. Chairs run from French bistro and bentwood styles to rattan, peacock and mismatched vintage designs, while vintage sofas and lounge sets come in green, gold and butterscotch. Tables include low dining tables, 2.4 m timber dining tables, coffee and bar tables, and wine barrels. A partnership with The Marquee Station adds clear-span marquees in sizes between 6 x 3 m and 10 x 24 m, along with pop-up marquees measuring 3 x 4.5 m. Heating, cooling, flooring and lighting can be added, and the crew installs ahead of the event and comes back afterwards to take it down. Festoon and fairy lighting is a separate service, designed and hung in trees, gardens or venues, then removed once the event is over. Delivery is quoted for each job, delivered orders start from minimums of $350 on weekdays and $550 on weekends, and a 50% deposit holds your date. Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Delivered orders start from a $350 minimum on weekdays and $550 on weekends, with delivery and collection charged separately. Minimums rise for longer distances, so ask for the figure that applies to your venue.
What sizes of marquee can I hire?
Clear-span marquees come in six and ten metre widths, with the smallest at 6 x 3 m and the largest at 10 x 24 m, and a 3 x 4.5 m pop-up option is also available. Flooring, heating, cooling and lighting can be added.
Can festoon lights go up at a private property?
Yes. Lights can be installed at homes, gardens and backyards, including in trees if it is safe and the property owner agrees. The crew puts them up before the event and takes them down afterwards.
How do I secure a booking?
Once you send an enquiry with your details, the team checks availability and quotes setup, delivery and collection. Then a 50% non-refundable deposit locks in the date, and the balance is due 14 days out.
