About Country Charm Event Hire
Country Charm Event Hire is a family business run by Kelly, who is based in Melbourne and has 20 years in events, from international gala dinners to local weddings. She started it in 2016 as Kelly Ann Events, and since then it has dressed hundreds of weddings, parties and corporate functions. Signage is a large part of the range: 'Welcome to Our Wedding' and rose gold welcome signs, an oversized fairy-tale book to personalise or use as a seating plan, rustic blackboards in three sizes and arrow and pitchfork chalkboards. There are also A-frame blackboards, metal sign stands, timber and metal easels, large wooden numbers and a gold mirror, with pre-written or custom wording. Furniture covers timber dining tables, trestles, benches and stools, vintage lounges, bar tables, wine barrels and handmade bars, hired as single pieces or in table-and-chair and vintage packages. For styling, choose from flower walls, hay bales, disco balls, LED candles, rugs and umbrellas, plus arch, curtain, western and fairy light backdrops, mini golf and giant lawn games. Smaller orders can be collected from the warehouse and returned after a 4–5 day hire period. Orders over $500 qualify for delivery and collection, or full service has the team arrange everything to your floorplan and later pack it all away, with higher minimums for distant locations. Does Country Charm deliver to the Yarra Valley?
Yes. The team delivers, sets up and collects across the Yarra Valley, with delivery offered on hire orders over $500 and larger minimums further afield.
What does a welcome sign cost to hire?
The rose gold wooden sign and the 'Welcome to Our Wedding' sign are both $65 to hire. Rustic blackboards cost $30 to $40, and the white A-frame blackboard is $50.
Can I get a custom sign?
Yes. Pre-written and custom signs are both offered, and the giant fairy-tale book is $300 as is, $485 customised or $530 set up as a seating plan.
What are the delivery options?
You can pick up and return items yourself with a 4–5 day hire period, book delivery and collection only, or choose full service. With full service the team sets up to your floorplan and returns after the event to pack down.
What else can I hire for styling?
Flower walls, fairy light and curtain backdrops, hay bales, LED candles, giant lawn games, mini golf, rugs and umbrellas sit alongside the furniture range. Packages pair tables and chairs or group vintage pieces together.
