About Wild Way Studio
Wild Way Studio is a process-art space in Long Jetty built around open-ended creative play for young children. Its rooms are fitted out for painting on a grand scale, cardboard construction, sensory trays and craft, with the focus on exploring materials freely rather than a step-by-step lesson. A birthday booking gives the birthday child and up to eight friends the studio to themselves for an hour and a half. Guests rotate between a messy painting area, a building corner and a themed craft such as clay sculptures, beaded bracelets, fairy wings or collage. Invitations, party bags, materials and a cake table are included, and the team sets everything up beforehand and does the cleaning once guests head home. Only one party is held each month, which keeps things calm and suits families wanting a lower-key celebration, and extra children can join for a fee depending on the theme and adult helpers. The team also hosts private creative gatherings for older groups, with baby showers, family get-togethers, shared canvas projects and team events on its list. Send an enquiry with your preferred date and theme ideas to check availability.

Frequently asked questions
What does a birthday party at Wild Way Studio cost?
The party package is listed at $480 and covers up to eight children. Extra children can join for an additional charge, subject to the chosen theme and the ratio of adults to children.
What is included in the party package?
You get the studio to yourselves for 1.5 hours, invitations, arty party bags, all creative materials, three play stations and a table for food and cake. The team takes care of setup and cleaning up.
Which party themes can we choose from?
Listed craft themes include clay sculptures, beaded bracelets, fairy wings, mixed media collage and sensory play. If your child has a particular interest, the studio is happy to talk about building a party theme around it.
What should the children wear?
Activities get messy, so dress children in clothes that can handle paint, clay and sensory materials. Smocks are provided in classes, but paint on hands and clothing is part of the fun, and the studio is not responsible for damaged clothing.
Can the studio host events other than kids' birthdays?
Yes. Alongside children's parties it offers private creative events for all ages, listing baby showers, family celebrations, shared canvas projects, team events and custom workshops among them. Send an enquiry to discuss what you have in mind.
