About Sarita the Celebrant
Sarita is a British-Australian marriage celebrant who calls the Central Coast home. Her ceremonies are written around each couple's own story and delivered in a light, warm style, with room for laughter as well as a few happy tears. She is also LGBTQI+ friendly and a supporter of marriage equality. Working with her follows four simple steps. It starts with an obligation-free chat to see if the fit is right. Next comes a meeting, in person or over Zoom, to complete the legal paperwork and plan the day. Sarita then writes the ceremony, and on the day she delivers it and takes care of the legal side. The style is entirely up to the couple. A legals-only ceremony in the backyard takes around five to ten minutes, while a full ceremony with all the trimmings usually runs twenty to thirty minutes. She can also run a surprise ceremony, where guests arrive thinking they are at a different kind of party and only learn about the wedding moments before it begins. Sarita also works as a wedding MC, keeping the timeline on track and updating suppliers through the reception so family and friends can relax. Couples can send an enquiry to book a chat about their plans.
