About Cinta Celebrant
Cinta Celebrant is Jacinta Harford, a marriage celebrant based at Ettalong Beach. Before weddings she worked in community development and humanitarian programs overseas, and she brings the same warmth and flexibility to every couple. She speaks Spanish as well as English, and every wedding she books includes a donation to Plan International's campaign to stop child marriage. Her custom ceremony package has no guest limit and runs 15 to 40 minutes. It follows a two-meeting process – one for the vision and legal paperwork, one to finalise details – and couples have full editorial control of the script. The package includes the standard BDM certificate, vow-writing help, music through Spotify or the couple's own playlist and printed vows in a folder. Her battery-powered Bose PA and Sennheiser microphone come too, and she arrives 45 minutes early to set up and meet suppliers. The elopement package suits 2 to 20 guests and runs about 10 to 25 minutes, personalised from one of her ceremony outlines. The registry-style legals-only ceremony is short and to the point, held on the Ettalong Beach waterfront, at home or anywhere else, with an optional ring exchange. What does Cinta Celebrant charge?
Legals-only registry-style ceremonies start from $600, elopements for up to 20 guests from $870, and the full custom ceremony from $1,570 with no guest limit.
Can we read the ceremony before the wedding?
Yes. Couples have full editorial control of the script and can review and give feedback beforehand, or choose to hear it fresh on the day.
Is a rehearsal included?
An online mini-rehearsal in the week before the wedding is free, and an on-site rehearsal is available for $100 if couples would like one at the location.
Is there a travel fee on the Central Coast?
No. Ceremonies anywhere on the Coast carry no extra travel charge, and Jacinta arrives 45 minutes beforehand to set up and meet the suppliers.
Can Jacinta MC the reception as well?
Yes. When she is booked as the celebrant, she can also MC the reception for $400 for four and a half hours, liaising with the venue, DJ and photographers.
