About Heaven 7 Events
Heaven 7 Events is a mobile bar and drinks caterer based in Melbourne that takes its bars and coffee carts to venues across the Yarra Valley. Each package includes the drinks, ice, glassware, bar equipment and licensed staff, so nobody has to do a bottle shop run or spend the night mixing drinks. The drinks list is shaped around your event. An open bar covers beer, wine, sparkling and spirits, while cocktail catering offers classic and signature drinks shaken to order, along with mocktails, on a pay-per-cocktail or bottomless basis. Menus can follow a party theme or a colour scheme. Coffee is the other side of the business: a barista cart pours ST. ALi beans for conferences, morning events, receptions and recovery sessions the day after. Champagne towers, cocktail towers and a fairy floss cart are optional, and bars, carts and cups can carry a company logo for work events. The crew gets there one to two hours ahead of service, dresses the bar, and clears everything away, rubbish included, at the end. All bartenders are RSA-certified in Victoria, and the business holds a liquor licence and public liability insurance. The coffee cart comes with trained baristas and ST. ALi beans, and you can add a champagne tower or a fairy floss cart. Hire can be booked by the hour, for a full day or to your own timeline, with setup ahead of service and pack-down included.

Yes. The bars and coffee carts go to venues across the Yarra Valley, and any travel or parking fee for your location is included in the quote.
What is included with a mobile bar?
Drinks stock and ingredients, glassware, ice and bar equipment, plus licensed bartenders, setup, styling and pack-down. A physical branded bar is an optional extra.
Can we book bartenders without the bar?
On weekdays, bartenders can be hired on their own for offices, launches and private functions. Weekend bookings need a full mobile bar or cocktail package for the bartenders to come along.
What about guests who don't drink?
Mocktails, soft drinks and barista coffee can be served next to the beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, so non-drinkers have plenty to choose from.
How much does it cost?
There is no published price list. Quotes are worked out from your date, venue, guest count, service hours and drinks list, and cocktails can be priced per drink or as a bottomless package.
