About Big Daddy Party Bus

Big Daddy Party Bus is a party bus company based in Newcastle that runs hires on the Central Coast, with its own price list for coast pick-ups. Each hire lasts six hours from the first collection to the final drop-off, and the driver and fuel are part of the price. The group decides where to go, so a night can take in as many bars, pubs and clubs as the time allows. The full-size buses suit 15, 25 or 35-plus passengers and are laid out for dancing rather than sitting. Each has laser lighting, a sound system, a pole, a dance floor and chillers filled with ice, and because of that layout they have no seatbelts. The 24-seat mini party bus does have seatbelts while keeping the music, lights and cold drinks. Packages give the night a plan, with options built for hens, bucks and birthday groups, each set with a minimum number of guests. Winery tours with tastings are on offer too, and any package can begin with a pick-up on the Central Coast. Prices for packages that start on the coast are quoted on request. Drinks are BYO on every bus, but they stay on board when the group heads into a venue. The person who books has to be 18 or older and hold valid ID. Send an enquiry with your date, group size, pick-up times and addresses, and the package you want.

Fleet & Booking Details

On the Central Coast, groups choose between full-size party buses for 15, 25 or 35-plus, laid out for dancing with a pole, lasers, speakers and iced chillers and no seatbelts, and the 24-seat mini party bus, where seatbelts are fitted. Standard mini buses seating 13 to 27 can also be hired. Each hire is a private charter that comes with a driver, so send your date, numbers, pick-up and drop-off details and chosen package through an enquiry.

Frequently asked questions

Does Big Daddy Party Bus pick up on the Central Coast?

Yes. The company publishes a separate set of Central Coast prices, and every hire includes the driver and fuel for the full six hours.

How much is a party bus from the Central Coast?

The 24-seat mini party bus is $1,200 for six hours or $1,400 for eight. Full-size buses for six hours are $1,800 for 15 people, $2,000 for 25 and $2,200 for 35 or more.

Which bus has seatbelts?

Only the mini party bus, which seats 24 and still carries the sound system, lights and iced chillers. The larger buses are set up for standing and dancing, so they have no seatbelts.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Yes, BYO is allowed on every bus and the chillers are topped with fresh ice. Whatever you bring has to be finished on the bus, as it cannot go into the bars or venues you visit.

How do we secure a date?

A $500 deposit, which is not refundable, holds the booking. Pick-up and drop-off addresses need confirming four weeks ahead, and private tours must be fully paid ten or more days out.
