About Castles on Command
This family-run business is based in Lake Macquarie and hires out jumping castles, and the Central Coast is part of its delivery area. A couple started it to make hiring a party castle quick, simple and safe for busy parents. The range sticks to themes children love, such as Unicorn Dreams, Jungle Lion, Rainbow Unicorn and Pink Princess, and several castles include a slide. Everything is booked online in a few minutes. You enter your address to confirm it is covered, pick a castle and pay the deposit, and an email confirming the date and time arrives straight away. Addresses outside the area can sometimes be quoted separately. Before hiring castles, the owners worked in building and construction for over a decade, where safety is checked and audited. They set up every castle with the same care, screwing it into the ground with high tensile anchors instead of leaving it loose on the grass. The quoted price includes delivery, installation and pick-up, with a choice of time slots at one flat rate and nothing extra charged on the day. If it rains, a child is unwell or plans shift, you can take a full refund or move to another date. Send an enquiry with your date and the castle you have in mind.

Does Castles on Command deliver on the Central Coast?
Yes. The Central Coast is part of the service area, and the online booking page checks your address before you pay. If your suburb is not covered, ask about a custom quote.
What if it rains on party day?
Every booking can be refunded for any reason, including bad weather. You can have the full amount returned, or shift the castle to another date that suits better.
How is the castle secured?
Each one is screwed into the ground with high tensile anchors. The owners spent more than a decade in building and construction and bring the same safety focus to every set-up.
Are there extra delivery charges?
No. The price shown covers delivery, installation and collection, and time slots are flexible without changing the flat rate.
How do I lock in a date?
Select your castle and address on the booking page, then pay the $75 deposit. Confirmation arrives by email at once, and the remaining balance is paid before party day.
